The vision of Apartment Cash Flow, Inc. began in 1997 when Nathan Opatz, along with his brother, started investing in single-family and duplex rentals in Saint Paul. The first year was very successful even with their beginning lack of knowledge, being new to the real estate industry, and in their early 20's.  Times were good; the market conditions helped. Sale prices on small to midsize investment properties increased in value throughout the Twin Cities.  

In 1999, Nathan obtained his Minnesota Real Estate License with the idea of educating other like-minded investors on how to grow a successful multi-family portfolio. Since then his goal has been to network and build strong relationships with other apartment owners, lenders, title companies, Realtors and Brokers also engrained in the apartment world. Over these years Nathan has grown a huge following of buyers, sellers, and traders in both Minnesota and Wisconsin markets and has assembled a team of agents at Apartment Cash Flow, Inc.
